The thing to remember here though, is that the tracks must be multiplexed (which means the left and right channels are separately coded with the music on one side and the vocals on the other). The vocal partner feature was especially useful for performing simulated duets without a second person as the guide vocals automatically toggle in and out via voice activation.

There are two main microphone inputs with individual volume controls allowing singers of different volumes to be balanced for great sounding duets. Also, there is a third echo-bypassed microphone input conveniently located at the rear panel for dry announcements, perfect for DJs and public addressing. Other channel inputs for external devices include two RCA audio/video channels and one RCA auxiliary audio channel. As far as outputs, the Twister-II has two RCA audio outputs and one RCA pre-out for good measure. Of course, you could not have karaoke without video, so there is lastly an RCA video output for video connection.
