Other important features include an AA grade solid Sitka spruce top, classic Ovation Abalone rosette, rosewood fingerboard and Ovation High Output pickup. Ultra models begin as sub-assemblies crafted at Ovation's offshore factory. Once basic construction is finished, sub-assemblies are shipped to Ovation's New Hartford, CT workshop, where their team of highly skilled craftsmen carry out the final assembly work and instrument set-up.
