A Favorite In Recording Studios! In the tradition of early Fender® amps such as the Champ®, Princeton® and Harvard®, the Pro Junior® is a small, pure and uncomplicated all-tube amp. Crank it up for natural tube overdrive, and vary its response with your guitar’s controls.Although quite compact, the 15-watt, single-channel Pro Junior® delivers big tone for studio and rehearsal work, and many players over the years have grabbed a pair of them for stage use. In tandem, they provide an easy way to warm up stereo multi-effects boxes, too. Two EL-84 Groove Tube® output tubes and a pair of 12 AX7 preamp tubes push that one-and-only sound through a single 10” 8-ohm Fender® Special Design Eminence® speaker. The look is pure Fender®—chrome panel with vintage pointer knobs, plus black textured vinyl covering and silver grille cloth.Features: Series: Hot Rod® Series Type: All Tube Output: 15 watts into 8 ohms Ohms: 8 ohms Speakers: 1-10" Special Design Eminence® 8 ohm, 30 watt Speaker Channels: Single Channel Chrome Panel Vintage Pointer Knobs Controls: Volume, Tone Covering: Black Textured Vinyl with Silver Grille Cloth Weight: 20 lbs. Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I do about 80 gigs a year. I find this amp fine for most things I do like 3 pc group in a restaurant or country club. Its perfect with an archtop.
When with my 5 piece band we hang an SM57 fron the handle.
The amp is pleanty loud and very easy to control the tone, but best of all ....its truly portable!
I must say that my venue is the jazz of the 30s to rock n Roll of the 60s.
Don't be concerned with the volume they always say its too loud never too soft.
