“CF-7 Chorus Factory” has seven (7) settings and each setting represents one (1) of seven (7) different popular trademarked “chorus” products. Each setting does provide a unique "full" sound but it will take the better part of four (4) weeks to familiarize oneself with the appropriate knob settings for each of the seven (7) “models.” Even though each model has six (6) individual settings there is a definite relationship between all settings and there basic functions (Level, EQ, Speed, Pre-delay, Depth, Voicing, Etc.,). That relationship is simply; turn the knob left for less effect, or, turn the knob right for more effect. Once I mastered the knob twisting skill, it was then a task of finding a nice balance between the guitar (H-H) and amplifier (Tube) in Class A and Class AB mode which later provided me with a really “full” tone. To this date I do not feel that I’m even approaching the limits of the “CF-7 Chorus Factory,” but one fact makes me happy. I saved a lot of money by purchasing this hefty little box and I didn’t have to pay top dollar for a single trademarked unit with less variety and capability. All this in mono. I haven't even started to think about what I can accomplish in stereo.
